Step:4 Product Manufacturing – Injection Molding Process
Virgin granules are melted and injected into Plasic Product and chair molds, producing 2000 chairs/day.
Once the virgin plastic granules have been produced, they are ready to be transformed into chairs using the injection molding process.
🔥 Melting the Granules: Virgin plastic granules are loaded into a plastic injection molding machine’s hopper, where they’re fed into a heated barrel and melted at high temperatures (typically 200–250°C) until they become a smooth, consistent molten material.
🪑 Injection into Chair Molds: The molten plastic is then injected under high pressure into a specially designed steel mold shaped like a chair.
This mold has precise dimensions and features that ensure the finished chair meets strength, durability, and appearance standards.
Cooling channels inside the mold allow the molten plastic to solidify quickly, forming a rigid, ready-to-use chair.
⚙️ Demolding and Finishing: Once cooled, the mold opens, and the newly formed chair is ejected.
Any extra plastic (called flash) is trimmed.
Chairs may undergo additional finishing steps like polishing, UV coating, or inspection for quality.
📈 High-Volume Production: With advanced, fully automated machines and multiple molds operating simultaneously, this process can produce up to 2,000 chairs per day, depending on machine capacity and cycle time.
This high throughput ensures a steady, reliable supply for both wholesale and retail markets.
